Movement

How Many Ways?

When we train to move, we train to live. To us, movement is more than just flexibility, showmanship, or patterns you'll never use; it's about feeling comfortable in your body and turning the world into your playground. Movement as a practice is not limited to fixing your body's aches, but instead aims to help you live with finesse.

Freedom Embodied

The most integral part of movement as a fitness philosophy is one's own body. Crawling, climbing, jumping, balancing, running, stretching, and getting up are all crucial aspects of life that can not only be made effortless, but provide avenues of self-expression. A rail no longer becomes a barrier, but an opportunity to add flare to your travels; a puddle is no longer an invitation of discomfort, but instead a minor obstacle. The world opens itself to you.

Movement Program

Extension of Self

Our movement practices do not stop at the body. Ropes, kettlebells, Indian clubs, and many other tools are utilized to not only expand your ability to express yourself, but also strengthen and stretch your joints in ways bodyweight alone cannot. Throwing, catching, and loaded locomotion all create new worlds to explore and patterns to master.
