Reed Richards is a name recognized by even casual comic consumers. His intelligence needs no introduction, but neither does his fantastic ability to stretch and contort into any shape for any situation. I can’t turn you into a genius (yet) but what I can do is help you acquire more elasticity and strength through intelligent methodology. 

 

Program Form:

 

Much like Reed himself, this program is very flexible. I wrote it with the intention of being a four day split, but in actuality it can operate well with a variety of formats.
 

Each session is meant to be finished in one hour.Each day has two variations. Each week, alternate which variation you are performing. Most exercises are the same, but there are some small changes that will make a big difference. As for equipment, a barbell, resistance band, and set of dumbbells along with some elevated surface (bench, box, chair) is required. In a perfect world, a set of clubs would aid in the development of shoulder strength and mobility.
