No series has captured me quite like Netflix’s Daredevil. Every aspect of the show from the music to the acting to the themes continues to amaze me even to this day. IT seemed only fitting that The Man Without Fear be given a proper routine to join the ever growing roster of Invictus Training Methods.
I won’t lie, writing this one was tricky. How do I make a routine for a character who shares so many physical traits with other greats? What makes Daredevil stand out amongst the Batfamily, green arrow, or Assassins? Despite the headaches, I think I cracked the code. Devil’s in the details.
This routine is ambitious, aiming to improve coordination, proprioception, strength, and agility while allowing you to learn new skills along the way. It’s a tall order, but I’m sure you’re up to it.
Duration: eight weeks
frequency: six days per week
necessary equipment: P-Bars or Dip Bars, gymnastic rings, flow rope or Indian clubs, rail or scrap wood, plyometric box
recommended additional equipment: flow rope or Indian clubs (whichever is missing), dumbbells, resistance bands
Primary goals: Develop the strength adequate to acquire new ring, p-bar, floor, and vault skills.
Secondary goal: develop proprioceptive and kinesthetic properties for the purpose of movement and combatives.
I HIGHLY reccomend going through The Wallcrawler Protocol before attempting this routine.
Type: Movement
Redeption Protocol
