For many people, it can be difficult to stay on track during travel. Of course there are the standard push ups, sit ups, and squats to get you through, but for athletes or those who want more than just a base level of hypertrophy to their name, many qualities are left absent from that trifecta. With nothing more than a resistance band, this protocol provides four circuits that can be used however you wish, but I do have some suggestions.
