The Mount Rushmore of superheroes is often debated for its fourth member, but I believe there is no candidate more deserving of the spot than Wonder Woman. Even though she is constantly disrespected in film adaptation, Diana of Themyscira should be regarded as one of the most groundbreaking, complex, and overall entertaining characters in fiction.

 

This program aims to put that on full display.

 

Program Details:

 

Duration - 12 Weeks

Frequency - 6 Days Per Week

Necessary Equipment - Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Sandbag, Macebell, Barbell, Medicine Ball

Primary Goals - Develop strength and conditioning similar to that found of the Ancient Greek Olympians and Pankrations

Secondary Goal - Develop lower body hypertrophy.
