This program is designed primarily around getting stronger with maces, clubs, and kettlebells. If you can, I always advise buying heavier bells as you progress. However, I understand that may not be feasible for everyone. The Heavy+ method allows for additional weight to be used on swings, deadlifts, and carries while keeping the bells you already have. I highly recommend reviewing and implementing as necessary.
