Absolute Mass combines strongman, unconventional training, Olympic lifts, and bodybuilding to a package destined to not only make you bigger and stronger, but increase your work capacity and power output as well.
We do this with intelligent programming, utilizing RPE (rate of perceived exertion) and percent based weights to ensure that the lifter avoids burnout while increasing in all spectrums.
Absolute Mass also includes application testing based on a dice-roll system to see how adaptable your training has become. Each application setting is different ensuring there is no way to truly prepare.
For the first time, Invictus Training Methods is also showcasing the expertise of our certified nutritionist with over 25 pages of advice regarding nutrition, diet, and sleep. These tips will be essential for getting the most out of this protocol.
Program Duration - 15 weeks
Frequency - 6 days per week
Session times - One Hour
Bare Minimum Equipment - Barbell, Sandbag, Swinging Tool (Mace/Club/Sledgehammer), Dumbbells
Recommended Equipment - Mace, clubs, sandbags, kettlebells, landmine, barbell, GHD, heavy bag, rower, ski erg, log bar, cable machine
Goals: Enhanced work capacity, strength, hypertrophy, and violent intent.
